How to use the wiki in 3 easy steps...
Why a Wiki?
The Environmental Science Interactions community provides a unique opportunity for SVN3E teachers to network, collaborate, and share with innovative and passionate science educators across Ontario and beyond. There are good ideas scattered through the notebooks and binders of teachers from Ottawa to Thunder bay, ideas that benefit only a handful of students. Online tools and technologies eliminate this physical distance, and enable Ontario Environmental Science teachers to support one another for the good of students province wide.
Many of you have already contributed phenomenal ideas, resources, links, videos, lesson plans, and more in the Environmental Science Interactions community. The sharing is already happening, and it is already a success. The purpose of this wiki is to store that wealth of information in one central, evolving location, with an organisational structure to facilitate access to information.
Environmental Science SVN3E
is unchartered territory, and the wiki format allows us to hone materials as we learn, and to share our own lessons about how to approach the new course.
Let's see where the wiki takes us!
